Maestro Concertante and Conductor
Stefano Giaroli studied piano, composition, choir and orchestra conducting at the Conservatories of Reggio Emilia, Bologna and Parma.
After a brilliant start as a solo pianist, he gradually moved on to conducting, first as conductor of a choir, then for an orchestra, specialising in the opera field.
In 2001 he made his debut as opera director (Traviata) at the "Messehalle" in Basel (CH).
After the Chamber Orchestra of Autumn Concerts he founded the Symphonic Orchestra "Cantieri d'Arte" in 2003 and in 2012 the Symphonic Orchestra of the Terre Verdiane, ensembles with which he carries out an intense lyric activity both in Italy and in Europe.
